Description
This 2-day workshop is geared toward OT practitioners who are looking to boost their confidence and knowledge in the use of Physical Agent Modalities (PAMs).
Certification Course: Includes education necessary to apply for PAMs Certification in the state of NH. These workshop days are supplemented by an online learning component, which is to be completed prior to the live workshop sessions. This course follows NH state guidelines for PAMs certification including the required 15 hrs in electrical stimulation education, and 6 hours in ultrasound education. Bonus material includes review of clinical applications for superficial thermal modalities. Upon signing up for this course participants will receive a packet, including a modalities textbook, to assist with completing the online modules and serve as future resources for your home learning library.
Live 2-day Workshop only: For therapists with previous PAMs experience only. Supplemental textbook available for purchase at the course.
Class size is limited to ensure ample opportunities for individual instruction.
